Yoga at Mint WellBeing is based on the teachings of "YogaFit" - a contemporary Vinyasa yoga style which incorporates traditional poses influenced by current knowledge. It's designed to allow all women to participate, no matter their fitness level and yoga experience (or lack there of!).

Our 30min sessions are ideal for busy women and focus on the postural imbalances of our everyday lives. Sessions are strictly limited to 1-4 female participants.

All Yoga sessions are included in our Studio Sessions packages, from just $18.50 per session.
