What's included?

  • MINT MENU: each month you'll receive a 4 week meal plan (Fat Blaster, Weightloss or Maintenance, depending on your goals) - including a weekly shopping list, recipes, eating 6 times daily and cheat meals! All tailored to your specific calorific needs - we calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate and also consider your activity levels and weight loss goals. For more information and examples of our Mint Menu, visit our nutrition page. Please note, if you have special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, dairy free etc) we are unable to supply specific alternatives to our standard meal plans.
  • HOME EXERCISE PROGRAM: choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. These include progressive cardiovascular exercise sessions (interval training up to 5 x per week walking / running / swimming / cycling / rowing / paddling / cross-trainer - your choice!) and 2 strength sessions per week. Your program will be emailed directly to you or printed for you to collect at the studio. You'll receive a new progressive program each month!
  • STUDIO SESSIONS: come along to our Nth Fremantle Studio and enjoy your choice of Studio Sessions (BoxFit / CardioBlast / ToneUp / TRX / Yoga) - flexible online booking options. Our Specialist Women's Personal Trainers will motivate you through our 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training sessions. And with just 1-4 women per session you'll get all the attention you need!   • PERSONAL TRAINING: your 1:1 session will be designed specifically to your goals. Our experienced Personal Trainers work with you to achieve the results you want, faster! Various session times available Mon-Sat. 'Train with a friend' participants will attend this PT session with their friend i.e. 2:1.
  • PRE-EXERCISE SCREENING: Our Physio or Personal Trainer will take you through an internationally recognised screening program to decide the appropriate level of exercise intensity - considering your age, weight, current exercise habits, previous medical health and family risk factors. We can even determine your ideal target heart rate zone. Extensive research has determined 'safe' levels of exercise depending on your risk factors for cardiovascular events. If you have a heart rate monitor, you can make sure you're working safely (and hard enough!) and if it happens to be a FitBit which measures your heart rate, you can even sync your results to our app to monitor your progress!
